§ 14-1. State law to govern elections; exceptions.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Code and other ordinances of the town, all elections in the town shall be controlled, held and conducted, as far as practicable according to the provisions of the laws of the state governing general state elections and the Florida Election Code, F.S. chs. 97—106, is hereby adopted by reference except as it may otherwise conflict with the provisions of this Code or the town's charter.
