§ 14-6. Exemption from state law for municipal elections.

The Town of Gulf Stream hereby exercises its right to exempt itself from the provisions of F.S. § 101.657, and shall not conduct early voting for Town of Gulf Stream municipal elections.

Ord. No. 93-1, § 3, adopted July 22, 1993, repealed § 14-6 which pertained to absentee voting and derived from Code 1978, § 5-5. Subsequently, Ord. No. 04-8, § 1, adopted January 4, 2005 added a new § 14-6 to read as herein set out.
