§ 18-52. Service charge and appearance request.

It is found and determined that more than four class B alarms within three months is excessive and constitutes a public nuisance. A fee shall be charged to the alarm user of any class B alarms after the allotted amount of four. The fee, not to exceed $25.00 per alarm, shall be paid to the town as a service charge for each excessive alarm so signaled.
