§ 22-3. Unlicensed or abandoned motor vehicles.

Any motor vehicle located on private property within the town that is unlicensed or is inoperable or abandoned is hereby declared to be a public nuisance affecting the public peace and safety and is prohibited unless such vehicle is stored inside of a building.
