In addition to the penalties prescribed herein, the violation of this article may,
upon conviction, be punished pursuant to section 1-15 of the town's Code of Ordinances. Additionally, a violation of any of the provisions
of this article may be referred to code enforcement which has jurisdiction pursuant
to chapter 2, article II, section 2-68.
