§ 2-77. Provisions supplemental and cumulative.

Nothing contained in this division shall in any way bar or prohibit the maintenance of a suit at law or in equity by the town to enjoin or correct any violation of the ordinances of the town, nor to bar or prohibit the town from filing charges against any person, firm or corporation violating any town ordinance as provided by existing laws. This division shall be construed to be supplemental and cumulative with any and all other remedies available to the town and not exclusive.
