§ 38-103. Enforcement.

The provisions of this article shall be enforced by (1) the Town of Gulf Stream Special Master pursuant to the authority granted by F.S. § 162.01 et. seq., as may be amended and Article 10 of the Unified Land Development Code, as may be amended, or (2) by the Town Commission of the Town of Gulf Stream through its authority to enjoin and restrain any person violating the Unified Land Development Code. The town may pursue these or any other enforcement remedies available to and applicable to the Town of Gulf Stream.
