§ 42-55. Penalties.

(a)

Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction by the special master, be fined not more than $500.00 per day. Each day such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

In lieu of such fine, or in addition thereto, such person, if licensed to do business within the town, may have such license suspended for a definite period of time, or such license may be revoked, such revocation to be subject to concurrence of the county construction industry licensing board where applicable, as contained in Laws of Fla. ch. 67-1876, as amended by ch. 69-1433.
