§ 58-27. Duties generally.

In accordance with F.S. § 163.3161, any proposed land development code, land development regulation or amendment thereto shall be considered by the town commission serving as the local planning agency. The commission shall review and make recommendations as to the relationship of proposal to the adopted comprehensive development plan of the town.
