Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land
Development Regulation Act, F.S. § 163.3161, the town commission has adopted the comprehensive
plan of the town consisting of a future land use element, traffic circulation element,
housing element, sanitary sewer, solid waste, drainage, potable water and natural
groundwater aquifer recharge element, coastal management element, conservation element,
recreation and open space element, intergovernmental coordination element and a capital
improvements element. A copy of each of such elements is on file in the town clerk's
office.
