§ 30-3. Traffic enforcement.

Latest version.

The chief of police shall have jurisdiction over all streets within the boundaries of the Town of Gulf Stream and shall place and maintain such traffic control devices deemed necessary to insure the safe, unobstructed flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

Such jurisdiction shall be exercised in conformity to the state department of transportation guidelines and all applicable provisions of the Florida Traffic Statutes and shall include but not be limited to the following:
(1)

Location of street directional signage.

(2)

Designation of no parking zones.

(3)

Designation of one-way roadways.

(4)

Enforcement of these and all other provisions outlined in F.S., ch. 316.
